Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is often a fighting art of attrition, where opponents exchange blows with one another.

Self defense is a skill that can be learned by almost woman. This class will teach the proper techniques for kicking and striking as well as increase your endurance.
