Class Description
Never get bored of your morning workouts! At ECU we incorporate a variety of exercises to keep you and your body constantly challenged. In each class you will have a total body workout that includes a mixture of cardio and strength training to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. From sprints, to circuits, pyramids, boxing, weights, kettle bells, TRX, rope workouts, and much more you will never find two classes to be the same. Interested in how to properly defend yourself? Learn various techniques to protect yourself in unpredictable situations. Workout with women who are here to be serious, yet also have fun. No matter what level you’re at, the instructor will meet your fitness needs!
This class is offered 5 days a week: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 9:30-10:30am
Sat 9-10am
